Day to day benefits are administrated by Medicall Healthcare Network Providers PTY LTD.
Our Call Centre & Services
Xperia/Medicall Hospital Case Management and Claims management is outsourced to Africa Assist through our Medicall Healthcare call centre (0860 00 77 22).
Our call centre is available to all of our active members for the following services:
- Emergency Evacuation
- Medical Assistance
- Pre-Authorisation
- Validation of Membership
- Medicall Healthcare Provider Assistance
Our service is delivered by medical staff, in all 11 official languages, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The preventative healthcare service is managed by Medicall Healthcare Providers – a primary health care network solution.
Medicall Healthcare is a product of Xperia Financial Services (PTY) Ltd, a Licenced Financial Services Provider, registered with the FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority) FSP Number 45551 with demarcation exemptions DM1051 and hospital benefits is underwritten by Lion of Africa Life Assurance Company Ltd (FSP: 15283).
